1. Can my guests park in the parking lot. Yes, but please keep in mind There are only 26 parking spaces.
     
2. Who do I call if I need work done inside my unit? Vendor list is on our website on right side of our website under the title contractors.  These are just suggestions.
     
3. Where can I find the Condominium documents? They are on our website under the tab Association Documents.
     
4. What are the rules regarding pet ownership? Pet's are not allowed
     
5. Can I have a grill on my Lanai? No fire grills of any kind are permitted.
     
6 What do I need to do if I want to lease my unit? Owners are permitted to lease their unit but not less that twenty-eight (28) days.  The owner must notify the Board of Directors.  The lessee must be approved by the Condominium Association.
     
7. What do I need to do in preparation for Hurricane Season? You MUST REMOVE ALL plants, decorations and furniture from your lanai and entryway.
     
8. Does the Association provide pest control? The Association contracts with All Service Pest Control for interior and exterior.  Between treatments, if you have pest problems you can call All Service Pest Control at 627-5833.
